The concept of having two patio heaters is to allow the use of the patio during colder seasons. The patio can be very useful in spreading out the diners in common meals so that the common house overall noise is lower. In terms of meeting our values, it would encourage diversity (those that like quieter meals as well as those with children who can be noisy), and assist in sharing community life, as hopefully more people would find a place where they can attend meals.
